Even elevated homes built on piers can have a beautiful, finished concrete pad underneath. For this Pawleys Island, SC breezeway project, a Shoreline floor coating transformed the concrete beneath the home into a cleaner, more polished space while working with the unique layout of the property.
Posts, stairs, and other obstacles don’t have to stand in the way of a great-looking floor. The coating was carefully installed and cut around these features, continuing neatly right up to the elevator for a finished appearance throughout the space. It’s a great example of how a custom floor coating can work with the existing structure instead of being limited by it.
